Due to ongoing and upcoming construction projects by WFDD, TxDOT and other entities, residents can expect continued temporary closures of trails in certain areas, as highlighted on the District’s Master Plan Map on our website. Temporary closures and trail detours will continue in these areas throughout 2025 and into next year, including:
- Chanel Va12 rehabilitation (Cinco Ranch West, Trail Segments R & E)
- Mason Rd Sidewalk Widening (East side) from Channel T103 south to Cinco Ranch Blvd
- Trail Segment Q, Section 1 and Fry Rd Underpass at channel T103
- Trail Segments X, Y, Z
- Cinco Ranch Blvd underpass at Buffalo Bayou
- TX HWY 99 feeder road bridge installation and trail re-alignment
- Trail re-installation (East side) of Chanel Va3 by North Fort Bend Water Authority
